What this notice covers
This notice describes how KIVA Design Studio (Hyderabad) handles personal information collected through the kiva.co.in website and during direct enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email). It does not yet cover the client portal — that will be added before the portal goes live.
What we collect
Information you submit through the consultation or contact forms (name, phone, email, project location, property type, budget range, your notes), and information shared in subsequent conversations. We do not currently use website analytics that personally identify visitors.
Why we use it
To contact you about your enquiry, prepare for a consultation, scope a project, and respond to follow-up questions. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with vendors or third parties without your knowledge.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for as long as is reasonable to follow up — typically a few months. Project information for active engagements is kept for the duration of the project and a reasonable period after, in line with standard business records.
Where it is stored
On the studio's working systems (drives, email, WhatsApp business). The website itself does not currently run a backend database — form submission is not yet wired and will be documented here when it is.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you have shared. Write to the studio through the contact page and we will confirm and act on the request.
Children
The website is not directed at children, and the studio's services are for adults entering into a project engagement.
