KIVA is a small Hyderabad design studio for modern homes — apartments, villas, and renovations. We work closely with each home so the design direction and execution stay considered.
Where we started
KIVA began with homes that were beautifully designed and then handed to a chain of vendors no one was coordinating. The design held; the execution drifted. We built the studio to close that gap — to keep design and site work under one team that cares about the finished room.
How we think about design
Good design begins with how a family lives — where they gather, what they store, how light moves through the day. We design for that first, then make it elevated. Specific over vague: a veneer wardrobe with soft-close hinges, not “premium finishes”.
